About Priya Raman
Priya writes the security half of the site: how card payments differ from wallet payments, what a chargeback can and cannot recover, why some payment requests are a warning sign in themselves, and what a legitimate checkout looks like.
The recurring theme is recourse. Two payments of the same amount can leave a buyer in completely different positions if something goes wrong, and the difference is decided at the moment of paying — not afterwards.

Is the way back written down — how long the window stays open, and who ends up deciding? Is the refund position stated before the money moves instead of after it? And does the page admit, in its own text, that we sell the thing it is discussing? A draft that ducks any of the four comes back.
